Tarlatamab is a bispecific T-cell engager immunotherapy for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. It binds DLL3 on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, prompting immune-mediated cancer cell death. Given intravenously, it offers a targeted option for patients whose disease progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy, under specialist care with monitoring for cytokine release syndrome and neurotoxicity.
